This app is exclusively for the sales department employees of Local Supermart.
Anybody not registered in the system will not be able to use this appl.
In order to ensure effective task management, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer service and optimize work assignments, this application requires to access and monitor your geographical location.

By providing your consent, you authorize to collect and utilize your geographical location information using GPS technology or any other appropriate means.
The collected data will be used solely for work-related purposes, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.2.
The purpose for accessing your geographical location include, but are not limited to:• Efficient management of work assignments.• Enhanced customer service and response time.• Optimization of travel routes for improved productivity.3.
To ensure accurate attendance records, you are required to check in using the app at the start of the workday.
It is mandatory to log in at 9 am till 5:30 pm each day, after that, you can ‘log out’ from the system.
You can take a lunch break any time for 30 minutes.
It is mandatory to diligently adhere to this attendance policy and use the Sales Personal Tracker app for timely check-ins and check-outs.
This practice will contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations and enhance productivity within the team.4.
As part of our operational processes, the company will track your location at intervals of thirty minutes once you have checked in using the Sales Personal Tracker app.
In addition to location tracking, we require you to update a photo of the local kirana store during your visit and submit all relevant details in inquiry form through the app.
The purpose of tracking your location and requesting store photos and inquiry details is to enhance our understanding of the market, optimize sales strategies and improve customer service.
By providing the necessary updates and information through the Sales Personal Tracker app, you contribute to the smooth functioning of our sales operations and help us provide better support to vendors of Local Kirana stores.6.
Please note that location tracking will remain active until you check out from the Sales Personal Tracker app or until 10 pm, whichever comes first.
This means that if you are still working or forget to check out from the app, the location tracking will continue until 10 pm.
We encourage to remember to check out from the app once your work for the day is completed.
Timely check-out ensures accurate tracking and record-keeping, and it allows us to effectively monitor and manage your work hours.7.

The company will not use your geographical location data for any purposes other than those mentioned in this consent letter.
Your privacy and confidentiality will be maintained at all times.ii.
The company will take appropriate measures to ensure the security and protection of your geographical location data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

The company will retain your geographical location data only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this consent letter.
